Hands down the best butcher in Springfield! 🥩 Amazing-quality, fresh meat and excellent customer service. Sarah was so helpful explaining the different cuts and recommending a juicy sirloin for my lomo saltado. It turned out absolutely delicious! 🤤 You can really taste the quality. Highly recommend! ❤️
I really want to like this butcher, but they are so rude. I have gone here for awhile since they have quality meats and I like the idea of supporting a local business. However, they are WAY OVERPRICED. This most recent visit my 3 year old asked if she could ride the cow smoker at the entrance. Before I had a chance to explain to her what it was and that it was for cooking meat not riding, the man from the store rudely inserted himself to say there would be no riding the smoker and that it costs over $1500. Quality butchers with exceptional pricing. We picked up and smoked some Kielbasa that absolutely knocked out socks off. Juicy, smokey and tastes exactly the way nona made them. Ditch the Hillshire Farm, and try this instead.
This butcher always has great quality cuts. I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve cooked some of the best meals from cola-braised prime short rib to a 18-hour smoked pastrami (cured from one of their briskets). Their sausages and brats are also fantastic. Absolutely top notch.
The best butcher shop around. Always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer an assortment of spices and seasonings and prepared dishes to make things easier. I go out of my way to shop here because I feel it is worth it.
