Why is this common practice? We used Butcher a while back to replace some valves in the house and clear a sink. Very nice and professional! Having them out again today for a separate issue.
We had a great experience with Butcher Plumbing. We had a sewage leak from our toilet and it required extensive work to fix the plumbing issue and bring the bathrooms up to code. They got the permits necessary for the work, were professional in our home, kept us informed of any new issues that came up along the way, cleaned up after themselves well, and came in very close to their initial estimate. Outside sewer line replacement. Craig and Duane were very professional, and very reasonable price wise. They kept me informed and showed me progress along the way. Any issues that came up, they would stop and immediately tell me, and there were a few, not any fault of theirs. I plan on having other plumbing work done and will use again. I highly recommend.
