We bought a car from butch oustalet in Wiggins, Ms about 5 months ago with free oil changes, tire rotation, car washes. We took our car in for the first oil change and they said they didn’t have time to do it, they were backed up. We would have to take it to Gulfport which is an hour away. Needless to say I’m not a happy customer.
They refused to repair a recall, "we don't complete the recall unless the part falls off the car". So they're not repairing it unless an incident occurs, which could also cause a car wreck. I called Ford customer service to confirm and they said that's incorrect, Ford also said this dealership doesn't exist in their system...
My son was having surgery this past week, and we needed to be in FL to help with our Grandson. Our transmission messed up on our way. We called Butch Oustalet Ford, and they had us bring it in. Two hours later, we were back in the truck, and East bound. I am sorry if we broke in line for them to work on our vehicle but we do appreciate it so much. Our son did great with surgery and we enjoyed spending time with our Grandson. Thank you Butch Oustalet Ford of Wiggins, MS.
