I have used a number of diesel mechanics and companies over the years. I have used Butch and Billy’s since 2018. I have had a number of Class A diesel RVs. Butch and Billy’s have been and are the most premier diesel company and mechanics in every category. Knowledge, Services, Customer Service, Attention to detail, Etc. that I have dealt with. The staff here is very friendly and Ryan the tech was awesome. I would totally recommend these guys for any of your mechanic needs.
I would Highly recommend this shop.They did the check in advise and told us what's the problem.Explained to the driver how to replace the part so we do not waste money and time waiting. And they did not charged us for the diagnostic.
Called and spoke with Craig. He was booked out so He was able to refer me to a shop that would help me get in quicker. What a friendly and honest guy. Incredible phone customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Craig.
