I absolutely love this space. I was in a really dark place in my life and when I walked into this place, the energy was different. It felt welcoming and serene. Deanna’s patience and understanding is beyond phenomenal. I definitely recommend for mental services and much more
But First YOU has changed my life. I have grown physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have Lupus and have been trying to manage my physical health and Dr. DeeDee taught me the importance of managing my physical and mental health. I can't say enough about this place... nothing but GOOD VIBES! I enjoyed exercising, or what "I thought" was a good workout, until I began spinning with Coach, Dr. DeeDee Granger! Her health and wellness programs are unmatched. I'm officially addicted... just what the doctor ordered! Checkout everything the boutique has to offer, it won't disappoint! I don’t like working out but I genuinely enjoy this class! I’ve participated in other spin classes but this one by far is my favorite for many reasons including the intimate spacing and all the encouragement from the coaches and other spinners.
What an amazing workout, that I must say is fun and exciting. I'm one that always say no to exercises but this is different. Thank you coach Dee-Dee for taking the time out and encouraging me. I really appreciate how you encourage each and everyone of us ❤️ ♥️!!! Keep doing, But First, You.
