Frank is by far the most personable bike shop owner i have dealt with. He really enjoys the ride and is super stoked. Always personally inviting me to group rides and fixing my bike on a whim. I have been to other bike shops where all they care about is the bottom line and selling me unnecessary equipment or overcharging on repairs (I've even had a bike shop hold my bike hostage before) NOT FRANK! He is there to give his expert advice (he's been in the game since a weee lad) and keep me informed on the latest MTB technology.... read more
