I am so sad I could cry. I was trying to get to the airport and called Busy Traveler airport shuttle service. Dispatcher who answered phone hung up on me twice. Both times she sounded rushed, and barely waited to find out what I needed. I felt like my business definitely did not matter. She angrily told me there was no one "out there" and I'd have to wait for more people to be needing rides (since I'm just one person) to make it "worth their while." I'm sure that the shuttle driver would have been pleasant as most of the reviews state, however, the manager named Robin is totally RUDE. I needed to make changes to a reservation credit card number and she was very hateful on the phone in wanting me to email her the information and when I told her I didn't feel comfortable with doing that she became very short with me and basically told me that they would not be able to accommodate me and hung up on me.
