These folks service my grinder pump. My current grinder pump died, and they came within 2 hours after I called. They worked for a number of hours trying to fix it before determining it had died and could not be repaired. Since this is a retrofitted system, and the pump was no longer manufactured, they had to research it and find a new pump. They did so, travelled to Columbia to pick it up and spent several hours trying to install it, only to determine that they had been given a lemon pump. Im not a customer, but they just fired up their extremely loud equipment (truck 163) in my neighborhood @ 7:40 this morning. That was wonderful!
