I had an appliance purchased from Home Depot delivered by this company. I was home the entire time and made it clear to let me know if they had any issues. After a while, one of the men came to me and said delivery went well and promptly left with the other two crew members. Attached is the photo of how they left my washer/dryer unit - completely wedged into my ceiling, pivoting on its back legs. The young men showed up on time. I was pleased with their patience upon arriving at my new apartment as I was finishing up with the apartment manager. What I didn't like is the lack of care they took with my leather couch. I thought they were going to make sure it was covered before they moved it. I couldn't be there for the loading, leaving a trusted friend to manage. I also didn't appreciate the damage to two of my totes, the results showed that heavier items were placed on top of lighter items. Two of my tote tops were cr... read more
