Very poor experience with this company. They were scheduled to come to our house in North Van and called the day before to cancel because they didn’t have enough staff.. they rescheduled later in the week. They came and the person who cleaned the vents didn’t clean the exterior vent and after they left our dryer test was still showing 90% blocked. We called again to reschedule. After waiting awhile they came again but didn’t bring a ladder tall enough to reach the vent… another week goes by and we reschedule again. They just... read more
We have Busy Boys clean our ducts every fall. They’ve done sour carpets and upholstery as well. Hard workers … I’m always shocked how much junk they get out of the dryer vent especially.
