Shady business practices. This guy owned Upload gym in Fort Lauderdale. Closed it last minute without any notice and sold all the memberships to another gym with zero notification.
Seniors 65+, this is the gym for you. Shon's Silver Sneakers class is the best to keep you young and moving!!
