I used to train at this gym with my mother and we always had a good experience. Six months ago, we opted to pause our accounts and were told we could return at no additional cost. When we tried to reactivate, we were surprised with a $99 registration fee and a monthly fee increase, which we had not been informed of. This lack of transparency compromised our trust.

Not a good gym, can’t get a workout without being in someone’s video. The equipment is always dirty, staff is rude. Personal trainers take up the entire gym.Definitely will not go back again.

I’ve been a member since the days it was Busy Body, so I’ve seen the full transition under new ownership. Unfortunately, after dealing with unsanitary equipment (including a case of ringworm) and the constant overcrowding from trainers dominating the space, full boxing and UFC training cage in the midst of all of these while trying to get workout in-I had to call it quits. It just stopped feeling like a gym for the everyday lifter. Wishing them the best moving forward, but it wasn’t the right fit for me anymore.

Been coming here for years. Almost exclusively for Pop (Brandon) for private boxing lessons. He is THE BEST. Never takes his eyes off you, never lets you learn bad habits. Only teaches you correct form and cares about his clients. This comes to fruition beyond just boxing. If you are looking for one on one boxing lessons, GO TO POP. Also, Adam, one of the managers, is very professional and cares about the customers. There was a small discrepancy and he put his best foot forward and resolved it with a smile.
