I had a great experience with purchasing my exercise equipment at Johnson Fitness & Wellness at the Spring Branch location. My only comment is for the Fitness Consultants to properly explain and provide the necessary paperwork to customers who purchase extended warranties. For example, I had to get service on my Matrix Indoor Spin Bike and had to use the extended warranty one year after purchasing my bike. I had no idea that my extended warranty was with Safeware. I worked with Don. He was awesome! He took his time to answer all my questions, gave me valuable advice and helped me get the home gym system that was right for me and my situation. He followed up and made sure my experience was excellent. If you’re looking for exercise equipment and need someone to give you honest, pragmatic guidance, he is the guy. I’m super excited to get my home gym set up and to start using it.
