Exceptional care for my elderly father who can be difficult at times. The owner was thoughtful during our intake session and aligned us with professional, skilled , caregivers who accommodated our most basic to challenging requests.

Really love working here ! There owner is understanding and does her best to accommodate my busy schedule and still gives me the hours I need ! She often offers bonuses and higher wages for hard work. Feeling very lucky to be a part of such a nice business !

Don't work here even out of pure desperation! I worked for two weeks using my gas driving all over Erie County, only to not get paid! So unprofessional and unorganized. Not for the clients, these poor elderly people none of them were satisfied with the agency. Pay is a joke and changes daily based on how desperate she is to fill a job. Clients also complained of having inept caregivers who were clearly not trained and did not care about the job. I hope this saves you from applying here and providing her with free help!

The owner sat in my grandmothers’s home, looked us straight in the eye and said that all her employees were covid vaccinated. Her caretaker showed up and sat next to my 90 year old grandmother, without a mask, for over an hour before we randomly asked her about her vaccine and she told us that she was not in fact vaccinated. This business owner will lie to tell you what you want to hear in order to prise your money and put your loved ones at great risk. Please do not fall prey to her as we did.

First of all the business is not located in the stated location They pay low and screw up your paycheck Nothing for mileage Rediqulis minimal wages Eek

I WOULD NEVER !!!!!! recommend this company to anybody. We had a terrible experience the care givers are unexperience and the owner is very unprofessional. She hire care givers off the street with out any knowledge of patient care. Also, one of her care givers stole money from my grandparents. and the company who claims that they are insured didn't even bother of paying the amount that was taken. please don't allow this company to take care of your love one's....
