Have been using Busy Bees for cleaning my house and had the same team for a while. They were very good and dependable. Suddenly Nina decided to change team round. Told me the team she sent did better job than my actual team and sent me some pictures that were taken inside my housetop to prove her point. Very unprofessional decided to let her go.. So please be careful
I hired Busy Bees Cochrane Ltd. for a full move-out clean and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The original estimate was $400–$600 for the entire house, including the basement. To help reduce the cost, I told the owner I would clean the oven and kitchen cupboards myself — and I also personally cleaned the entire basement. On top of that, part of the clean could not be finished due to a power outage. Despite this, the final invoice still came to $508.73, which makes no sense given that less work... read more
