I had an extremely negative experience with this individual and her company. She was contacted to perform a basic move out clean for a military move (floors, fridge, bathrooms, surface wipe down). She was extremely rude to me from the start both over message and in person. She took huge offence to me performing a walkthrough after the clean was performed to verify services were complete prior to paying the bill, and was very upset with me and extremely unprofessional. Nina and her team are absolutely excellent! Fantastic service, well priced and great customer service. She’s always flexible and available when needed and her and her team go above and beyond to make sure our home is looking immaculate! I wouldn’t use anyone else. We also have a newborn and her team is able to work around us, catering for everyone.
Nina has been wonderful to work with as she has helped plenty of my clients with deep cleans and move out cleans. I highly recommend her to all my clients and am happy to have found a cleaning company that actually does a good job and charges fairly.
