\$350 quote to empty my septic tank. No mention there was a charge (\$250) to locate tank (took 45 mins. using a metal stake driven with a sledge hammer - 3 times) The worker told me he broke the handle on the tank top but that he would replace it. No mention of the \$150 charge for the replacement lid and riser installed that I did not order. Grand total \$750. Shocked by the \$400 overcharge the owner said You should have known
