They are rude on the phone. Needed a 16 inch rim. Called on Wed, Thurs. Fri,Sat and again on Mon. They always had an excuse on why they couldn't look for one.
They are dishonest avoid this company. Their tow truck hit my parked car and wanted me to report to the rental company that I slid into a guardrail not that he hit me. INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!! The owner has been too busy for 3 weeks to call me. They should be shut down.
