After sales service is terrible. They left me hanging, after installing 2 new AC units I got an error code. All the secretary would tell me was to check the breaker. We were in Corpus Christy and our AC units wouldn't operate. They said this was out of area and all they could do was tell me to check the breaker. Asked to talk to Brandon and she said he's not available. Left me high and dry, with no AC. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. I wouldn't recommend this company because of the poor after sales service 😕
We have now used them for several issues and each time with quick, effective results. Brandon is the best! Knows his business, explains things well, and answers questions well or with good advice. Visit prices were very fair.
Prompt service. Reasonable cost. Honest friendly people. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.
