You will never be able to sell your mobile home after you move one in or buy one from them. They will force you to move it or "give"/leave it for them should you ever decide to move. Keep this in mind! The main drive is horrible and unkempt. Potholes and washed out gravel. Their snow removal is okay...but they never salt and the main drive turns into a hazardous ice plain.
