There are never any washers available. It is May and the camps have t even started yet and half of the machines are broke down the other half are full. Guess I need to find a new laundry mat. Pratt Abbott is down the road.
Never open on time and closes early frequently super frustrating
So, it's okay if you need to do your laundry in a pinch, but regarding service and prices, I wouldn't reccomend this place as a long term investment. I didn't receive exceptional service here, for the prices, I really do feel like some maintenance needs to be done to the facility, i.e. get the change machines working. She seems to hate her job a little bit, I will say the facility is clean/I saw her cleaning as the laundromat is preparing to close (why do they close so early, I have no idea, last load is at 4:30 though the s... read more
Disappointed you switched your new machines to coins only. Had to go elsewhere to use debit card.
I love this laundromat. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Erica is super nice :) We came here after being mistreated at Pratt abbot for some bizarre reason. Definitely will be doing my laundry here from now on!
