Up in Maine for a camping vacation and needed to do some laundry. Did the self-service laundry. Washing a small load with cold water was $4.25 and took 18 minutes to wash. The single-use pack of laundry detergent was $1.25, and a pack of 2 dryer sheets was $1.25. The dryer cost $0.25 for 3 minutes. I dry my clothes on low temp. It took 30 minutes to dry and cost a total of $2.50. Spent $9.25 in total for one load of laundry. There were 12 washing machines out of service and 4 dryers out of service. I used Soap Bubble laundry service for my disabled friend. They have been AMAZING! The text and voice communications have been fantastic. I love getting automated text reminders of when my laundry is due to be picked up and dropped off. In addition, when my friend has forgotten to put out the laundry to be picked up we were called as a reminder. Highly recommended!

Went today at 1:00 during normal business hours on a Sunday to wash laundry for my business and it was closed! No sign explaining why or anything. So I went down the street to Pratt Abbott and it was half the price the same if not better equipment. I get it you want to watch football but so do I but some of us depend on laundry places.

When i asked about using the larger washers they had me use a smaller washer than I would expect for all my laundry. Used the same amount of detergent I always do for this much clothes. I take it home to dry (washer currently broken) and everything still smells dirty. Also, it definitely didn't spin my clothes that well because I ran a cycle and a half though my dryer and stuff is still damp. (Dryer worked fine last week and it's hot)
