Went today at 1:00 during normal business hours on a Sunday to wash laundry for my business and it was closed! No sign explaining why or anything. So I went down the street to Pratt Abbott and it was half the price the same if not better equipment. I get it you want to watch football but so do I but some of us depend on laundry places.
When i asked about using the larger washers they had me use a smaller washer than I would expect for all my laundry. Used the same amount of detergent I always do for this much clothes. I take it home to dry (washer currently broken) and everything still smells dirty. Also, it definitely didn't spin my clothes that well because I ran a cycle and a half though my dryer and stuff is still damp. (Dryer worked fine last week and it's hot)
always extremely impressed with the professionalism, customer service and willingness to help! Won’t go anywhere else!
One lady was so sweet for helping me today, when I screwed up and put money in the wrong machine .
