Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. However, when you go for an appointment it takes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours!!! I've had a 3:00 o'clock appoint and haven't got out until 6:30 at night! Half the time he cancels his appointments or doesn't show up! I've had blood tests ran that I never hear the results, my prescriptions lapse and they don't seem to care. I don't know what is going on only that it's time to find a new doctor!
