My bike's back wheel was coming loose so I bought a nut and washer from Busy Bee Hardware to fix it. I asked if I could borrow a wrench for 2 minutes to tighten the nut I just bought on my bike sitting right outside the door. Nope, I was told by a guy who seemed to be the owner or a manager, that I needed to buy it and could not borrow it even for 2 minutes. And they have a no returns policy on tools! I had to fix my bike to get home so I ended up buying a tool I don't need because I already have one at home. Congratulations... read more
