while trying to sell a home with a deadline, I scheduled a cleaning and inspection. Busy bee did not show, up, no phone call and could not get ahold of them until two days later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, scheduled them again, and once again, no show, no call, wouldn't answer their phones. Do not rely on them to show up, or communicate.
These guys cleaned my chimneys and did a great job! They were super nice and very thorough.
I am very pleased with the exterior house paining done for me by this company and I recommend them highly. Some problems with exterior wood were pointed out at the time an estimate was done so I didn't have surprises and extra charges after the work started. They did a great job, cleaned up well afterwards. They were able to do the work sooner than expected and as fast as the weather would allow. I would definitely use them again for future painting.
Unfortunately they missed both appointments that we scheduled. Don't know if they are good at their job or not.
