We have used this company a few times over the years. They are amazing, thorough, and their customer service is always incredible! My carpet always looks brand new after they leave.
I just purchased my home in Dallas Ga and wanted to use a local business,I called Busy Bee and from my first call with Walter he was informative kind and helpful and gave me a Saturday appointment right away , my Carpet technician was Brandon , he was ontime professional and genuinely a nice young man . My carpets came out beautiful Brandon gave me instructions and his card Very very happy with Busy bee and would highly recommend GREAT JOB BUSY BEE!!!!
Brandon did an excellent job cleaning my carpets today. He was on time, professional and thorough. This is my second time using Busy Bee and I will definitely use them again!
Busy Bee got back to me so quickly & had availability before any other company in the area. They were on time and worked quickly but did an incredible job. We’ve had 2 senior dogs & a puppy at our house over the years but you would never know by the end of the cleaning.
Walter , deep cleaned pathways that were pretty bad. After they dried, you could definitely tell the difference. He worked hard, took his time and did an amazing job. Would recommend him again and again.
