I was very happy and impressed with the work John did for us. A couple months ago I had a sprinkler going all night to try and "save the green grass" when a deer jumped the fence and kicked over the hose shooting the water stream into our back bedroom. By morning it was saturated, along with everything else in the room. John came about an hour after I called and immediately got to work moving soaked boxes of paper that I couldn't budge without the bottom giving out because it had absorbed water from the carpet.
