Update after the owner’s response: Their public response is misleading and does not reflect what actually happened. They are now saying they were only involved in the “initial stage,” as if that removes responsibility. This place spoiled my entire immigration file. They gave me wrong advice, incomplete information, and totally unprofessional guidance. Because of their negligence, I got a refusal. I had a terrible experience with BCC Immigration and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. My employer submitted an LMIA through them, but when I requested the LMIA number so I could handle my own work permit extension, they repeatedly refused to provide it.
