I have been using Busy Bee for my oil changes on my car and have to say I have been very happy with the customer service. I brought my dad’s car in this week to have an oil change and do a tune up on his car. They are reasonable in priced and the customer service is outstanding. Particularly Usman, he is such a pleasant person to deal with! I would highly recommend Busy Bee for all you car repairs! I am an extremely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to this business.
They have my car for a month trying to find a part. Thats not the issue but their communication, follow up and customer service is horrendous. Never get call backs on time and they take ages to respond to a simple query. They simply forget to call you back. Won't be coming back thats for sure.
Came in for a brake lockup. Gave me all the labour free on rediagnosing when the initial repair only half fixed it.
