Tried to call and ask about special order storm doors twice was on hold over 15 minutes both times
I went into the Mount Pleasant store last week after getting paint mixed at the Irwin location. The color was off initially, so I figured I’d give this store a try instead. At the paint counter I was helped by a young manager named Brandon. He was so nice and really listened to what I was saying. He ended up darkening the paint three different times until it finally looked right. I really appreciated how patient he was — super easy to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back here for the customer service!
