Manager Dwane is amazing! He went above and beyond to resolve the issue we had. He was so super nice yet remained professional. He made our experience with Busy Beaver and it's customer service absolutely the best! Every store needs a Dwane!
Went to Busy Beaver tonight and met Landon and Robert. Those two boys helped me every step of the way with my multiple requests of locating items. Not only did they tell me where to find them, they escorted me to them and read the labels of each item making sure it was what I needed. Can't give enough praise to these guys for going above and beyond. Thanks again Busy Beaver staff! #1 in customer care!

The customer service was excellent. The manager helped me with a storm door for a mobile home. After many months after having it measured by their door installer Eric, it finally came in. I couldn't be happier with her and Eric. He stayed all day installing and explaining everything during the process and making it right. Thanks again to the manager and Eric!! Best customer service!!!
Needed help with wood and when we asked if they load it for us we were told “You can get it yourself I don’t care” So we loaded pre cut wood and plywood alone without help. Then we needed a toilet and we were trying to find the one that was on sale on the website. She led us to the toilet and pointed at a stack of boxes and said “That one”. When we went to the register we were met with a stand offish cashier and the toilet was the elongated version and was not told there was a difference with the toilets in the same boxes.
