The 2 young men working this morning apparently both do understand what it means to practice exceptional customer service. I will make it a point to shop here more solely because they were so helpful, informative and welcoming. They would have no reason to know that I am in a hurry this morning. More of a reason why I most certainly appreciate the service. Thank you.
Horrible experience....went to buy bolts. Wanted to do a split transaction. Gave the guy cash...card machine still said full amount. Asked him if that was correct he clearly didn't know called for manager....never showed....called again....woman came up who clearly wasnt the one he called for starts yelling directions across store. Machine still showing the total....ask her if that's correct. She gets snotty with me saying she doesn't know my total...well lady he told ya twice when you were yelling across the store.
