I order six windows on March 26,2026, and they arrived on April 27,2027. I was told the windows would be in 2 to 3 weeks. Unfortunately, two of the six windows arrived broken. I was also disappointed with the overall quality. The windows seem very cheaply made, and the screens don't even have a metal frame-they're just wire. I called to tell them for the 3rd time that one of their carts was on our street. Was put on hold while she called district Mgr. After approx. 5 minutes got the signal that we were no longer connected. I thought they picked it up but found out that a female neighbor got tired of looking at it had taken it back. So I called to tell them that it had been brought back. I was told I hung up on her yesterday and I told her I didn't.
