Parking is terrible. Very disappointed at outdoor lumberyard.
On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional. On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. Older staff is helpful. However, the younger woman that works the counter was more involved in having personal conversations than with helping customers. She was rude and unprofessional.
Employee Anthony Farr went out of his way to get discontinued light bulbs that we needed. He is an employee at the Fairmont , WVA store and located them at the Elkins, WVA store. A great employee!
