Always a excellent shopping experience
I have been a lifelong Busy Beaver customer, 50+ years. When attempting to return an unopened $5 packet of electrical outlet foam air sealing pads, purchased a few months ago, I was refused even credit for the item. So everything I was going to buy was left sitting in a cart at the checkout line. It seems stupid to me to lose a lifelong customer over something that petty.
