We first found Busy Bear several years ago when we moved into a home and needed our wood burning fireplace gas ignition fixed. Since then they have provided us with replacement glass fireplace doors, installed artificial gas logs with remote control in the master bedroom, and their latest help was providing all of the controls, burners and artificial logs for a new fire pit. As a professional builder, I can attest to their knowledge, quality products, and very professional services

What great service! I was debating about the kind of grill to buy and am truly a novice griller. The young lady who helped us was wonderful and took the time to explain the differences in the features. I purchased the grill late Friday and it was delivered the next day ready to go. I have used the grill for steaks, ribs, chicken and grilled veggies. Everything has tasted wonderful and the grill makes it so easy! Thank you busy bear!
