Always been very responsive whenever I have used the service. I am not tech savvy at all, but was so explanatory that as i was told … it is Gramma proof.
I cannot speak to the streaming services but I do not recommend the photo booth service. The customer service was wonderful before the event but there was no support available on the day of setup (Saturday) and the equipment had issues throughout the entire wedding. Many of our guests were not able to get photos and we spent much of our time trying to keep the equipment running properly. We were under the impression from the conversation with customer service before ordering that this equipment was set it up and easy to oper... read more
