Could not recommend this business any less. These guys got paid cash in full to work on a truck... 2 to 3 months of work was expected, but "next week" after "next week" turned into 7 months! Excuses given for something new they "missed" every single time, as if they did zero diagnostic work. Every question about progress or why things were taking so long was met with hostility. Terrible service, my younger brother was in a accident and took his truck to this shop to get fixed. The accident happened on february they stated they should only need 2 months to get this work done. We barely picked up the truck today, October. They had his truck for 31 weeks, they didn’t get all the work they promised to do. They made my brother pay full price of the service to even start working on his truck, because he was self pay. My son was t-boned in May and we only took the truck to Bustillos because where he was t-bone was on the corner of they’re ’ sons house and he told us about the bodyshop! Which we should have read the reviews before! They told us it would take around three weeks! It’s been 4 months!!! And they still gave it to us with missing parts! The owner offered to pay a rental for us because he couldn’t finish it!
