This review is for the donair only. I always get the jumbo donair. I order online and the website is super easy to order from. I love how much you can customize the donair and add extra toppings for an up charge. The price is very reasonable for extra toppings and the donair itself is a great price for how much meat you get in it. I also really like the fact that on the website, if they are out of something it won’t let you proceed until you change the item that is out of stock. We ordered our family favourites—Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and S&P chicken bites—but accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I called them right away to see if they could switch it, and they were super accommodating, letting me know about the additional delivery charge (which we totally expected). To our surprise, the food arrived within 20 minutes, piping hot! Even better, they recognized us as regular customers and waived the delivery fee as a thank-you for our loyalty. Such great service from Buster’s!
I didn’t want to leave this review but even after emailing the email I see responding on here I tried. All I got was “to get your refund”. I ordered a pizza first time ever ordering here got home had two pieces. After feeling the pizza was off I checked and the dough was undercooked. Got another replacement pizza once again was undercooked. The employee who was serving me was extremely apologetic but don’t think he realized how bad undercooked pizza can make someone sick.
