I was craving a donair and caved. Good price, huge donair, but holy onions! I couldn't eat it. Way too many onions.😢 I will try again sometime but order LIGHT on the onions. A few years later I tried again. When asked if I wanted tomato, lettuce and onions I said yes but light on onions. I only got lettuce. Routine doesn't have much cheese curds. 😕

I’m from the Maritimes where the donair was created (Halifax) I have eaten hundreds if not thousands of donair across Canada and this version is no where close. Not sure who classified the meat as donair meat, it is not, the sweet donair sauce is not an option it is the sauce. If you choose a different sauce then it is not a donair, there is only one and this version was a disappointment, I washed off their version of sauce and made my own, “the right way”.
