I would like to pass on our appreciation and positive feedback for you team at the Cold Lake store on Monday 13 Oct. We had placed an order for over 100 pizzas to have small appreciation lunch for a milestone at our Foster Creek facility and the ladies who came in at 6 AM to start making all those pizzas for our team were exceptional. They were able to have our entire prepared and ready for pick up so we could deliver it to our facility in time for lunch. Ate half my donnair. Felt like it tasted gross. Vomited 20 minutes after.
Charging wrong price. In the menu, price for XL is $30.49 but they charge $39. You guys should be clear in menu so that people can’t distract with the price. 👎
Used to love their donairs- had a bad experience and did not return for a while. Decided to try it again after months but unfortunately, has gotten worse. The jumbo donair was tiny, meat was dry and it was just not enjoyable at all. Quality has gone way down.
I recently visited and overall, it was a great experience! The pizza was delicious—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings. I tried the busters max and it was cooked just right. The cheese was perfectly melted, and every bite had a good balance of flavor.
