I showed up 35 minutes early before close with only one person ahead of me, and the barber still told me he “couldn’t get me in today.” I even offered an extra $20 because it was important, and he brushed me off with a lazy “come back tomorrow.” That kind of attitude shows zero respect for a client’s time.
