Buster Miles reached out to me about a recall on my 2023 Ford F350 and expressed safety concern about it. Then without asking they offered to send a mobile tech out to my house to do the repair. They showed up same day and resolved the problem. This was unheard of. I figured I would have to drop my truck off and wait a few days to pick it up. Great dealership!
Buster miles did a thorough inspection on my 2019 Ford F150 FX4 truck. The only thing was i had FX4 valve stem caps on my tires. They are no longer there. They were replaced with standard black caps. After an almost 1200 dollar charge I think I should have got my caps back. On the other hand personnel at the desk was great
