Place is a joke!! Did not have the right info in their system. They had been calling the wrong number came and got our tank and refuse to take any accountability!!!! RUN GO ELSEWHERE

I have been a loyal customer of Buster Brown Propane10+ yrs. , but my recent experience with Service Manager Larry Rollins was extremely disappointing. I contacted the company concerned about a potential gas leak, having just moved into the house and unsure of prior issues. I thought it best to call them since they service my propane. Mr. Rollins responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, implying I didn't know what I was talking about and that his guys had done a leak check. Do NOT fo business with this company. Called on Friday 1/23/26 to have propane delivered, payed over the phone with credit card, they said it'll he delivered same day. Its Sunday no one showed up. Called the after our line on Saturday and today. Finally a driver called me back saying they're a week out and wanting $200 extra to come out today. I said would not pay the fee,he said I can call someone else and to have a good day. Funny how they work.
