We had an issue with our propane tank. We called and spoke to someone who sent out a man named Jordon. We talked to him on the phone and in person and he was very arrogant and not helpful. He actually left and didn’t fix the problem. The next day we called again saying we still didn’t have gas, which means we couldn’t cook on our stove top or use our dryer or take a hot shower. Been with Buster Brown for 8 years now with a 250 gallon home tank and have been very pleased with their service. Today I bought a 20# tank from them and had it filled to use with a new portable generator ahead of freezing weather next week. It's a comfirt knowing that a reliable company is there for me.
I switched to Buster Brown in April of 24 from another company whose prices got sky high and they added several BS charges after 30 years with them. I now have 3 tanks with Buster Brown and they always take good care of me. The young man that delivers propane is always a cool guy to talk to and Larry and the people in the office are always friendly and take good care of us. I look forward to working with these folks for many years.
For almost three years, Buster Brown Propane has delivered exceptional service to our property. Last year, we accidentally ran out of propane on the coldest day. They were working all day and all night to fill tanks because when I heard their truck reversing into our driveway in the middle of the night, I literally screamed with joy!! Nice people, always prompt service. We are very appreciative.
