Max helped us out twice on short notice and really came through both times. I called on a Saturday about an issue with our old split ring tires, but parts weren’t immediately available. He followed up on Monday to let me know the tires were fixed and ready. What made this even more urgent was that the trailer had a 4,000 lb load on it, so getting it resolved quickly was a priority—and Max delivered. Called at 7:30 with a repair request, by 8 they had arrived and were restoring the tire. Price was more than fair. I would’ve paid twice a much for that level of service! If you don’t call then you’re settling for second best.
