They brought a cylinder head to my shop to have repaired from a job that they messed up and caused the customers vehicle to blow the head gasket. The cylinder head was cracked and needed replaced. They did not have the funds to pay to have the head fixed or replaced. I sold them a reman head on the condition they would pay $100 a week. I don't live in the area, and Rob took the time out of his busy schedule to help get us back on the road. He truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend his shop for service.
