I have took two vehicles up to be repaired, an 06 f150, and a 10 Taurus. Owner was very polite and honest. Fairest price around for the f150 ( tune up ).
The owner is a liar. I took my Saturn up there for repair and he never fixed it after it sat up there for like two weeks.
My truck had no heat, so I took it to Busted Knuckle Wednesday. He kept the truck all day claiming to fix the heat. I picked it up Wednesday evening only to discover on the way home, there was no heat. I called him immediately and he said he forgot to flush the system and would fix it the next day. Thursday, my dad dropped the truck off so he could flush the system and finally get heat. My dad said I needed brakes because he barely could stop the truck. Friday morning, I had NO BRAKES!!
