They are extremely patient. Tim has come to install parts on a treadmill that was problematic and really delivered top flight service
Tim did a great job repairing my treadmill. He was on time and made the repair quickly. Extensively tested the machine to ensure it was working properly. Highly recommended.
Tim did a great job fixing my treadmill. It was making a creaking noise, and the manufacturer sent out some parts and a tech from another company. Long story short, the other tech bounced on the treadmill a few times, then told me that all I needed to do was buy a mat and make sure it was level. Not super helpful. I called the manufacturer back, and they sent more parts and connected me with Busted Fitness. What a difference a competent tech makes!
