I purchased several bras and underwear from this store a few months ago after what I thought was my first real bra fitting. I’m plus-size and had just had a baby, so I trusted the “specialist” who measured me. I bought 4 bras and underwear (about $465 total). Unfortunately, the underwear labeled 3X fit like a 1X. It’s so hard to find a well fitting bra if you have a larger bust size. Lauren was so incredibly helpful in getting me into the proper size and asking about my preferences. It’s hard to get good bras into the US right now with this tariff situation but she found several options that were exactly what I was looking for. Bra shopping doesn’t have to be unpleasant and your bras really can be comfortable when you get into the right size! I love this store. It's better than Victoria secret. I find more sizes. It not cheap to find bra to fit bigger boobs. It worth the money.

Kathy was absolutely Amazing in helping me with my undergarment needs! She is so knowledgeable and professional. I haven't been to Busted bra shop in a couple of years, but if you want your bra to fit properly...it's the place to go and hopefully Kathy is available to service you.
