It’s so hard to find a well fitting bra if you have a larger bust size. Lauren was so incredibly helpful in getting me into the proper size and asking about my preferences. It’s hard to get good bras into the US right now with this tariff situation but she found several options that were exactly what I was looking for. I have been waiting on custom Bras for over 2 months. I have yet to receive and update or is told that they are very busy and I will receive a call back and never do. The lack of communication and updates on orders are unacceptable, unprofessional and shows the lack of retaining returning clients. I will never return nor recommend this store.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful Miranda was fantastic today helping me find the exact right bra for an outfit. Their sizing options are endless for all sizes . Very inclusive

I purchased several bras and underwear from this store a few months ago after what I thought was my first real bra fitting. I’m plus-size and had just had a baby, so I trusted the “specialist” who measured me. I bought 4 bras and underwear (about $465 total). Unfortunately, the underwear labeled 3X fit like a 1X. When I called, I was told there were no exchanges allowed—even with tags still on. That was $65 wasted. The bras, which felt okay in the store, became painful within a week. I love this store. It's better than Victoria secret. I find more sizes. It not cheap to find bra to fit bigger boobs. It worth the money.
