This was my favorite place to go for a fitting and bras. That has changed. I still appreciate the size inclusivity and quality of the items they sell. My issue is the way the fittings have been done the last three or more times I was in. Honestly, since the Jefferson location opened. Got fitted for a bra and to be honest it hurts so bad I’ve been in pain all day. The bra I bought I settled for because they didn’t have a large variety to choose from anyway. I used to love this place but I won’t be going back.
So disappointed. Came in about a month ago looking for a comfort, everyday bra and to find out my appropriate size. The bra i chose was comfortable trying on in store but is the WORST bra I have ever worn for every day. Uncomfortable in the worst places: under the breast is painful and has caused red welts, the straps itch and I do not feel like it is the best fit. Went to visit 05/09 with my mom, aunt, & myself (we've been here b4 so already in the system) the lady advised she can only do 1 whomever the favorite is. I asked if we can just purchase a bra since we already in the system she advised no only 1. Won't return!!
The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful Miranda was fantastic today helping me find the exact right bra for an outfit. Their sizing options are endless for all sizes . Very inclusive
