As it was my first time visiting the shop, Sam took great care of me! She was attentive, extremely helpful, and pleasant! Which makes all the difference when shopping! The prices were reasonable! I bought 3 bras and will be back for more!
Kathy was absolutely Amazing in helping me with my undergarment needs! She is so knowledgeable and professional. I haven't been to Busted bra shop in a couple of years, but if you want your bra to fit properly...it's the place to go and hopefully Kathy is available to service you.
I had an issue with a sports bra I purchased online, but the salesperson at the Detroit location took care of it and I was super pleased with the customer service and my purchase. This is my favorite specialty bra shop.
