I had two vehicles undercoated earlier this week and can't say enough about Roberto and his crew.So professional and did an amazing job.Looking forward to having him detail.
*Edited to add there is a business-driven (fake) review posted as a response to my review here. I believe the way issues are handled are much more important than the issues themselves. The red flags are here, and I would keep this in mind when choosing to deal with this business. They had my car for eight hours. I was charged for a completed interior/exterior clean for an SUV with a 3rd row. My hatch was never opened nor cleaned, my 3rd row was never raised/cleaned/vacuumed. Cupholders not wiped down. Wow, there are sooo many great reviews! This is the experience I have had as well! Friendly staff who aim to please the customer. The newest review seems odd. Cause any concerns I have ever had( none really, just minor) they have very happily fixed the issue. I guess this person would rather complain about a business then allow them to make amends for any concerns. Keep up the good work Bustard detailing, I’ll keep bringing my vehicles to you!👍
