I visited Bustard Chrysler in Waterloo early in the afternoon looking for a pre-owned vehicle and was open to options but never given the chance and my experience was very disappointing. No one seemed interested in helping me. When I finally spoke with a salesperson, he showed little interest in finding a vehicle or discussing options that might fit my budget.
