Dr Bussick is very nice and his staff is always friendly. My son loves his invasligns and so easy to change out weekly at home with less in office appointments

If you're considering Invisalign for your child, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This practice is filled with hidden fees and seems more focused on upselling than patient care. The staff comes across as dismissive and condescending, leaving you feeling undervalued and unwelcome. Overall, not a place I’d trust with my family’s care. I’m extremely disappointed with how Bussick Orthodontics has handled my account. I’ve been trying to get this billing issue resolved for months. I paid a deposit that they are now saying they have no record of, which has resulted in me being overcharged by hundreds of dollars. I finally spoke with their financial manager, who told me they could refund the money if I provided a receipt because she couldn’t verify whether I actually paid the deposit. My son just completed treatment with Bussick recently. I was not informed his braces would be removed until they were already removed - he was actually told the appt prior that he may need extra time... then miraculously finished months earlier than scheduled. His teeth are NOT aligned perfectly, they hit on the upper/lower because his bite is off. They grinded down his teeth without asking me if it was okay to do so, now he has pain when he eats/chews to the point he almost throws his fork because he said it sends a "shock"... read more
