Norwich dealership Busseys BYD went above and beyond to help out with a few warranty issues for me in a Seal. Very helpful, knowledgeable and keen to ensure issues were sorted out. Their great relationship with a nearby body shop, East Bilney, was so helpful sorting out a bonnet alignment. They too were excellent, courteous, and kind to sort out a minor problem on the spot within half an hour. Interested what all the fuss is about with BYD.....certainly sales skills isn't on the list. Walked around showroom for 5 mins b4 woman at desk asked 'can i help?' Would have been more genuine if she had got up from behind her desk and approached me rather than shout across showroom. Expect better especially from busseys!
I booked a test drive online, and was contacted quite quickly to confirm. About an hour later my test drive was cancelled via email with no reason given.
